First Steps: Submit Your Information

There is certain documentation that we need from you to set up your new account. Please download our New Customer Packet which contains all the forms that need to be filled out. The first page of the packet will explain to you on how to start the process and what each form in the packet means; please review in its entirety. Please fax a copy of all of the above information to 815-675-9788 or email us here.

Once we have received the information, please allow us 48 to 72 hours to review and we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you if anything is missing. (Please note that if you are applying for terms it will take at least 7 to 10 days for us to receive the information back from your bank and references, and we will alert you once we have determined if you are eligible for terms)

Once everything is processed, your account will be set up immediately and you can start placing orders right away! In the future, if you do not have your account number ready you can always use your phone number to have us locate your account.
